DMCA Policy

At Packers Release Rashan Gary, we are committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications if their material has been wrongly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner and believe that any content hosted on Packers Release Rashan Gary infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA notice of infringement. Your notice must include substantially the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2.   6. Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identify the specific material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Packers Release Rashan Gary may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
